Job summary

Sedron Technologies in Casco, WI is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, compressors, pumps, cranes, boilers, and forklifts, while maintaining safety practices and collaborating with technicians and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman card or an electro‑mechanical/technical degree, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; TIG welding is a plus.

Qualifications

Journeyman card in a mechanical trade or electro‑mechanical/technical degree.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Understand hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
Pipefitting, welding, fabrication, and rigging experience preferred.
TIG welding experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Effective English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues with a variety of industrial mechanical components.
Maintain and repair compressors, machinery, forklifts, cranes, boilers, pumps.
Use cranes, forklifts, man lifts and scissors lifts.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot piping systems.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational processes for a new facility.
Prioritize duties to meet objectives.
Communicate and collaborate with technicians and engineers.
