Job summary

Wisconsin Converting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in our Green Bay facility.

This hands-on role requires working with mechanical systems such as bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, rollers, and more to keep equipment running safely and reliably. The position emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, fabrication, and light machine electrical work, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Machining/fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with paper converting, flexographic printing, or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems and equipment breakdowns (bearings, belts, gears, alignment).
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on production equipment.
• Replace and repair bearings, gearboxes, rollers, belts, chains, and other components.
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and modification.
• Perform light machining, fabrication, welding, and other mechanical work.
• Perform light machine electrical work (24V to 480V).
• Document maintenance, repairs, inspections, and work performed.
• Maintain tools, parts, supplies, and work areas.
