Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef Processing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance technician for our Northland plant in Green Bay, WI. You will inspect and maintain ammonia systems, compressors, boilers, and production equipment to keep operations flowing.

Responsibilities include basic repairs, preventive maintenance, and supporting production on request. Minimum qualifications require 18+, ability to work in varied temperatures, and training in safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs,

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or ability to work with production equipment in a meat processing environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including Sundays through Fridays with overtime as production needs dictate.
• Completion of safety and HACCP related trainings (SQF, GMPs, SOPs) is required.

Responsibilities

• Check ammonia compressors for leaks, oil and suction levels.
• Inspect air compressors, boilers, and high-pressure water systems.
• Ensure production equipment is operating on the production floor and perform basic repairs.
