The Maintenance Technician will perform setup and minor repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and specialty equipment, ensuring correct components and quality assembly per samples and documents.

Essentials include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production leads, engineers, and process managers to maximize uptime and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with measuring devices, scales, gauges, and fixtures.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Power tools and welding experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues by observing operations and using diagrams and specs.
• Remove, repair, and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and power tools.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, minor repairs, and tooling replacements.
