Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support extrusion blow molding and other production equipment. The role focuses on preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize plant reliability.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read schematics and blueprints, and document activities in CMMS. Expect safety-driven work with LOTO and NFPA 70E standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical maintenance certification preferred.
Two to five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience with extrusion blow molding equipment is highly desirable.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Diagnose malfunctions using manuals, schematics, PLC software and diagnostic tools.
Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
Maintain documentation in maintenance logs and CMMS.
Support safety and compliance with LOTO and NFPA 70E standards.
