Job summary

Dalsin Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain machinery, conveyors, and production equipment.

You will diagnose malfunctions, dismantle devices for parts, and perform approved modifications to meet production needs. The role requires reading blueprints and schematics, strong math and communication skills, and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical drive systems.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand instructions, blueprints, schematics and memos.
• Strong math and communication skills; able to use basic computer systems.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical drive systems.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including motors, conveyors and production machines.
• Diagnose malfunctions by observing operation and dismantle devices for parts access.
• Perform approved modifications to meet production needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and preventive maintenance records in CMMS/ERP.
• Respond to chemical spills as part of Spill Response Team and ensure safety.
