The role requires 0–5 years in a maintenance environment, ability to read gauges and drawings, and a good grasp of lean and 6S safety practices. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance environment preferred (0–5 years).
• Ability to read specs and use measuring tools.
• Knowledge of lean and 6S safety in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and understand facilities' operating equipment.
• Read work orders to determine specs and locations.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using math and precision instruments.
• Select tools, machines, and materials for machine work.
• Measure, examine, and test equipment for defects and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Support other shop areas as assigned by management.
