Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Orlando, FL to install, service, and repair plant equipment including sewing machines, conveyors, and building utilities.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience in an industrial production environment.
• Background in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to meet quality and production targets.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow OSHA regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Install and tune equipment using mechanical adjustments and HMIs.
• Assemble and test machinery before returning to production.
• Support building maintenance and keep work areas clean.
