Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, adherence to GMPs, and strong reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, changeovers, and following work orders. A HS diploma and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience are required; welding skills and SAP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational trade school or 2–4 years equivalent professional experience in mechanical or electrical trade.
• Requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Must have thorough knowledge of shop tools.
• Ability to write reports with proper grammar and formatting.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP.
• Basic welding skills (arc, TIG, MIG).
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and structures using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and test machinery with electrical test equipment.
• Dismantle and replace parts per specifications and OEM manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and changeovers as needed.
• Follow work orders and maintenance requests.
• Comply with GMPs, safety, PPE, LOTO, USDA and FDA rules.
• Assist with special assignments from supervisor.
