Job summary

Branex Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities. The role aims to minimize downtime and ensure reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, experience with PLCs and robotics, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. This position includes 2nd and 3rd shift support in Michigan.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience providing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Capable of troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled systems and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Assess tooling and equipment condition and complete maintenance repairs.
• Support production by reducing equipment downtime through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, robotics, tooling, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotic cells, conveyors, sensors, drives, HMIs, and safety circuits.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic system failures.
• Make recommendations to improve productivity, reliability, safety, and uptime.
• Assist with fabrication, installation, and improvement projects
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Support spare parts inventory and continuous improvement initiatives

The role:

We are seeking a skilled and drivenMaintenance Technicianto support production by maintaining,

troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities. This role is responsible for minimizing

downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, and

maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical

knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and experience in a fast paced manufacturing

environment.
