Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, and performing preventive maintenance to keep plant operations running smoothly.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience with industrial processing equipment, the ability to read maintenance literature in English and blueprints, and the stamina to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Identify and evaluate work performed by inside and outside service companies; respond to emergency alarms.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners.
