Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility. The role involves repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and performing preventive maintenance.

The position also requires welding activities, boiler chemical testing, safety issue resolution, housekeeping, inventory control, and mentoring junior technicians. This is a first-shift, full-time role based in Coppell, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency alarms and maintain safety.
• Maintain inventory and prepare maintenance records.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners and monitor work by outside service companies.
