Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.

This role also covers preventive maintenance, welding activities, boiler testing, safety, housekeeping, record-keeping, and mentoring Maintenance Technician I.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Welding activities and boiler chemical testing.
• Identify safety issues and maintain housekeeping; prepare maintenance records.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I and coordinate with service vendors.
