Lippert is a global manufacturer supplying engineered products for the RV, marine, automotive, and building sectors. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Lippert operates on an Industrial Maintenance Technician I role on a 2nd shift: weekends 5pm–5am (Fri–Sun), working 34.5 hours but paid for 40 hours. The technician maintains and troubleshoots production equipment and building systems, using CMMS and PLCs, while following safety policies.

Formación

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs and CMMS is required.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced plant.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and utilities, following safety procedures.
• Support the installation of new equipment.
• Assist operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure repairs are documented in CMMS.
• Foster teamwork aligned with Lippert's Mission, Vision and Core Values.
• Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety policies including lock out/tag out and PPE.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Industrial Maintenance Technician I - 2nd Shift Weekends 5pm-5am Fri-Sun

Work 34.5 hours and get paid for 40 hours!

Our Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment, following all safety procedures
• Support the installation of new equipment
• Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
• Ensure all repairs are documented in the CMMS
• Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values
• Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
• Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out/tag out program and hearing and eye protection policies
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.

Required Education and Experience

• Work Experience: 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• Computer Skills: PLC’s, CMMS, Microsoft Office
• Cross-functional skills: Ability to complete multiple job assignments including machine operation, fabrication, welding, read PLC logic.
• Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift 100 pounds, walk, stand, bend and twist, climb ladders, work from elevated positions, operate fork, scissor and boom lifts, ability to see up close, in color and adjust focus, read schematics and blueprints.
• Physical Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to tolerate a variable climate

Preferred Education

Education: Associate Degree Industrial Mechanical Technician
