Job summary

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills and a willingness to rotate across production areas, with ongoing training to stay ahead of new technologies. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a technician.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Trade School certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, general shop practices, maintenance tasks, and general knowledge of support equipment.
• Perform proper component lubrication and conduct preventive maintenance on specific equipment.
• Identify mechanical wear and identify, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Possess or attain licenses required by municipal/state regulatory agencies for boilers, refrigeration components, etc.
