Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems within an injection molding facility. The role involves maintaining injection molding machines, paint lines, and process water systems, with emphasis on safety and problem solving.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a journeyman card preferred, and at least 2 years of related manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with journeyman card preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and monitor Apprentice.
• Correct safety issues involving equipment and facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems (injection molding, paint lines, process water).
• Troubleshoot and perform problem solving to identify root causes and repairs.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
