Job summary

Texas Injection Molding LLC is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional to maximize equipment uptime for injection molding lines, dryers, chiller, and support systems. You’ll work with the Maintenance Manager to drive reliability, safety, and documentation.

Candidates should have 7+ years in industrial maintenance, strong hydraulics, electrical skills, and ability to read schematics. Willing to be on call, maintain PM schedules, and lead improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 7+ years in industrial maintenance with molding equipment (injection blow extrusion acceptable).
• Proficiency with hydraulics, motors, and pumps.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot wiring.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues and craft on-time, within-budget repair plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and document preventive maintenance on injection molding equipment, granulators, dryers, the water tower, and the chiller.
• Calibrate molding machine controls and verify screws/barrels meet specs.
• Read electrical and hydraulic schematics and trace faults in wiring.
• Diagnose mechanical systems and perform on-time, budget-conscious repairs.
• Operate skid loaders, scissor lifts, and forklifts safely.
• Maintain records: PM schedules, installations, repairs, orders, and reports.
• Advise on auxiliary equipment specs and smart purchases.
• Provide facility-level support for electrical, building, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain 5S discipline in the work areas.
