Job summary

Trelleborg’s Applied Technologies operation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to provide hands-on mechanical maintenance in our industrial manufacturing facility in Randolph, MA. The role requires English proficiency and strong adherence to safety and manufacturing best practices.

The position is full-time, onsite, with an hourly compensation starting at $32.00 and increasing with experience. Applicants must be able to read mechanical drawings, interpret MSDS, and operate equipment like

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in industrial maintenance, with hydraulic/pneumatic/overhead crane experience preferred.
• Proficiency in pump and motor alignment and pump repair.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and MSDS.
• Experience with reading dial indicators and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on mechanical maintenance in an industrial facility.
• Follow safety and best manufacturing practices.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and MSDS as part of maintenance tasks.
• Align pumps and motors using dial indicators to within .005 inch.
• Repair seals, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and operate lifting equipment.
