Job summary

Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes. You will work on the production floor and maintenance areas, focusing on maintaining and repairing equipment used to transform sheet metal into HVAC components.

The role requires three years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

Must maintain safe, clean work environment and follow safety regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors.
Proficient in documenting maintenance work and repairs.
Able to analyze problems and identify root causes quickly.
Willing to work extended hours and different shifts as needed.
Respond promptly to equipment and building emergencies.
Forklift certification required.
HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fulfill maintenance work orders and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities.
Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose issues, replace components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report for action.
