Job summary

Agru America, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional for our Andrews, SC facility.

You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment as directed and assist in machine repair, installation of new equipment, and related tasks. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in an industrial setting, strong English communication, and a high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor degrees in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and multitask effectively
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Team player who is reliable and trustworthy
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• High School diploma or GED required
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/engineering/electrical technology preferred
• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment as directed
• Assists in a variety of maintenance activities including machine repair, installation of new equipment, building walkways, cleaning, painting, etc.
