Job summary

Q.B. Johnson Mfg. Inc. is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive facilities maintenance and ensure proper operation of equipment.

Responsibilities include scheduled preventive maintenance on overhead cranes, welding machines, saws, mills and mobile equipment, completing repair orders, maintaining inspection sheets, and assisting on other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and building facilities maintenance.
• Experience with equipment repair utilizing hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on overhead cranes, welding machines, saws, mills, turning rolls, and mobile equipment.
• Ensure equipment is up to code and in good working order.
• Complete repair orders and maintain inspection sheets.
• Plant calls for repair and replacement of equipment.
• Assist on other projects as needed.
