Job summary

Dynamics ATS is seeking Maintenance Technicians for its Ohio operations, with roles across multiple locations in Ohio and neighboring states. The positions offer training, career growth, and a good work/life balance, with periodic overtime in a highly automated industrial environment.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with 480V/3-phase systems, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or automated environments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting across motors, sensors, relays, belts, and related equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V/3-phase electrical systems and reading schematics.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls; troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Hands-on hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform preventive maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% overnight, primarily local travel to other facilities.
• Must be able to work in the US; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment in a highly automated environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures on motors, sensors, relays, and drives.
• Read electrical schematics and use diagnostic equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment; assist with programming as needed.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; address leaks, wear, and component failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose issues rather than only replacing parts.
• Travel up to 10% to other facilities or trainings as required.
