Job summary

Field Fresh Foods is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections and minor repairs on production and facility equipment in an on-site role. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, experience with PM programs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is required.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and servicing of machinery and facility equipment.
• Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts on production and warehouse equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and operations teams to support workflow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company safety standards.
• Report potential issues or equipment failures to supervisors for corrective action.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish when coordinating with staff.
