Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance millwright for a global industrial facility in Colorado. The role focuses on maintaining mechanical systems, repairing gearboxes, aligning shafts, and installing bearings on heavy equipment.

You will work rotating shifts and participate in training programs to broaden technical skills. Located near Stratmoor, the site requires a valid driver''s license and 2–4 years of industrial experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• 2–4 years industrial experience as a millwright is required.
• Experience with rebuilding gear boxes, shaft alignment on heavy industrial equipment, bearing installation is desired.
• Must possess a valid driver''s license.
• Knowledge of overall cement plant operations, or comparable heavy industrial environment, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains mechanical systems throughout the plant.
• Assists with preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Interacts with Process Areas to gather/communicate information and solve problems.
• Works rotating shift schedule and weekends as assigned.
• Participates in formal and on-the-job training programs to broaden technical and non-technical skills.
