Job summary

NCH Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a day shift on a four-day work week to support our Mohawk Labs manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, electrical expertise, and experience with process automation and HVAC systems, while upholding safety standards and continuous improvement.

Candidates should show knowledge of HazMat basics and lockout/tagout practices, with a focus on reliability, safety, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of processes and equipment troubleshooting.
• HAZWOPER training or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with lockout/tagout procedures and line breaks.
• Electrical experience from 24VDC to 480VAC 3-phase systems.
• Familiarity with process automation and instrumentation.
• Experience with HVAC systems and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot processes and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Inspect and service safety-critical components and control circuits.
• Support facilities maintenance including boilers, cooling towers, and air systems.
• Apply knowledge to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
