The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing multiple systems, and documenting work in the CMMS. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, and the ability to work overtime or weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment in flour milling, grain handling, and food production operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Install and rebuild production equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Document work through the CMMS system.
• Safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Support safe, reliable plant operations and uphold safety, food safety, quality and workplace organization.
