Job summary

Architectural Fabrication, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and for basic facility upkeep to support efficient manufacturing.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate contractors, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain safety standards across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and facility repair and maintenance.
• Understand, troubleshoot, and repair machine electrical components including PLCs, VFDs, motors, electrical wiring.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance planning and implementation.
• Ability to keep a detailed daily work log.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on fabrication equipment and production lines to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair forklifts, scissor lifts, and sky tracks.
• Execute and enhance our preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and work area in compliance with 5S and OSHA standards.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for third-party contractors.
