Towmaster Equipment, located in Litchfield MN and part of the Aebi Schmidt brand, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance, service equipment, and support manufacturing operations. The role requires safe operation of tools and adherence to maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities include HVAC maintenance, landscaping, equipment servicing, and assisting with daily facility operations. The position involves varied physical tasks and use of powered equipment, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling, or bending positions.
• Ability to work with arms above head.
• Ability to work from crawling or lying positions.
• Ability to safely use hand, air, power tools, and machinery.
• Ability to understand and operate safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance, including roof top work, HVAC filter changes, fence repairs, and condenser washing.
• Lawn work, including mowing and weed control.
• Maintain manufacturing equipment, including oil changes, filter changes, and minor repairs.
• Fill in for garbage and recycling collection as needed.
• Other minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical repairs as learned on the job.
• General housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain roadways and walkways, including pothole repairs as needed.
• Parts run as needed.
• Operate Skid-Steer, forklift, and scissor lift as needed.
