GardenCore is seeking a motivated entry-level Maintenance Technician to support a mulch, soil, and rock bagging operation. You will perform basic maintenance on production equipment, assist senior mechanics, and help ensure safe, efficient line operation in all weather.

The ideal candidate has basic mechanical experience, is safety-focused, reliable, and eager to learn advanced skills in a manufacturing setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring basic mechanical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Assist senior Maintenance with equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for automation lines used in sorting, bagging, and packaging pallets.
• Support production equipment used in mulch, soil, sand, and gravel for major retail distribution.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas including handling materials from lines.
