Qualifications

• Must be an industrial mechanic with strong electrical and mechanical background.
• Familiar with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480V equipment.
• Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment (DC Drives, ladder logic, PLC programming, SCR controls).
• Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards; recommend or initiate modification or replacement of faulty equipment.
