Job summary

Bull Moose Tube in Masury, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical and general mechanical background. Prior production experience in an industrial setting is desired. The position offers excellent benefits and competitive compensation.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, work with PLCs, motor controls and 3-phase equipment, and participate in planning maintenance standards to keep equipment running reliably.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled as an industrial mechanic.
• Familiar with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480V equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities; welding experience is a plus.
• Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment (DC drives, ladder logic, PLC programming, SCR controls).
• Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards; recommend or initiate modification or replacement of faulty equipment.
