Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe operation across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

The role requires a solid maintenance background, safety awareness, and the ability to work with MSDS and standard Microsoft apps.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced manufacturing experience in a maintenance role.
• Proven industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• MSDS familiarity and basic MS Office skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace defective components in machinery and equipment.
• Install and wire electrical panels and field devices.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including power distribution and motor controls.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure safe operation and contribute to safety culture.
