Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, and fluid power maintenance in an industrial setting. The role involves equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance, with operation of drill presses, mills, lathes, and MIG welding as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in industrial production, basic math/computer skills, the ability to read production documents, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in industrial production preferred.
• Able to operate large industrial machinery.
• Capable of lifting and performing manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical applications including installation and repair of equipment, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Perform electrical applications including installation of equipment services, relay logic and motor controls troubleshooting.
• Perform fluid power work—hydraulic and pneumatic equipment repair and installation.
• Operate drill press, mill, lathe; weld with a mig welder as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, productive work area.
