Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support our Jackson, GA operations. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment within an industrial setting.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, familiarity with PLC controls, VFDs, and reading electrical schematics. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and a commitment to safety are essential for keeping lines running.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment.
Experience with PLC controls and understanding of operation.
Experience with VFDs and servo controls.
Ability to read electrical schematics.
Proficient with testing devices and hand tools.
Strong safety knowledge and adherence to codes.
Experience with Microsoft Office 2013.

Responsibilities

Execute preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment via CMMS work orders.
Diagnose malfunctions and locate causes, implementing corrective actions.
Test electrical systems and circuits with meters and diagnostic tools.
Train coworkers to install, maintain, or repair production equipment.
Plan layout and installation of utilities and equipment.
Read electrical blueprints and verify functionality before implementation.
Maintain records and order parts and supplies.
