Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems across our facility. You will troubleshoot using meters and PLCs, read electrical drawings, and support cranes and lifting equipment.

The role requires safety focus and strong craftsmanship, with potential overtime across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. High school diploma is required; a 2-year technical degree or 5 years of relevant experience is preferred,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 year technical degree or 5 years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols when performing work on Crown property.
• Install electrical and mechanical systems across facilities with high craftsmanship.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery using testing equipment and manuals.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings to support repairs.
• Operate PLCs, welders, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Manage project directions and train new personnel.
• Install and maintain crane structures.
• Source or fabricate parts for repairs.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Execute PMs and track parts inventory and labor time.
• Prepare and deliver shift reports for cross-department communication.
