Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Jackson, TN corrugated packaging plant. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant equipment, with emphasis on diagnosing and repairing complex systems.

The position offers paid training, tool stipends, and a path for skill advancement within PCA’s multi-craft maintenance program. Candidates must be able to work across three shifts and support production needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance as part of a maintenance team.
• Work across 3 shifts and adapt to production schedules.
