MILBANK MFG COMPANY in El Dorado, AR, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for general plant upkeep, preventative maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires ability to read engineering drawings and comply with safety regulations daily.

Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with welding tools, forklifts, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Industrial Electrical Principles knowledge required.
• Electrical Print Reading, Electrical Motor Control coursework necessary.
• Hydraulic Principles and maintenance tests required to demonstrate skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Safety procedures knowledge including lockout/tagout and SDS.

Responsabilités

• General maintenance of grounds, building, machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Follow Safety and Environmental regulations, including lockout/tagout and SDS.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and document processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Read electrical schematics and de-energize electrical systems safely.
• Coordinate moving equipment and support layout and audits.
