Job summary

Sugaright in Dallas is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep a busy manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across the plant with minimal supervision, contributing to food safety and sanitation.

The role covers production equipment, utilities, mobile assets, and fleet, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong electrical experience; certifications or apprenticeships preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment (motors, pumps, valves, dryers, and electrical devices).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and mobile assets.
• Diagnose electrical issues and safely replace motors and controls as needed.
• Carry out forklift and heavy equipment PMs and inspections.
