Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a maintenance mechanic to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently in an industrial manufacturing setting. You will perform preventative maintenance, read diagrams, weld, fabricate parts, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical components.
• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding skills preferred.
• Must possess computer aptitude.
• Able to read/write simple instructions and communicate with teammates.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment, including electrical and mechanical work.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematics.
• Use hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, and replace parts.
• Minimize downtime by performing preventive maintenance and monitoring compliance.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and functional.
• Additional duties as needed.
