Position Overview

We are a top Manufacturing firm in Randleman, NC seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of manufacturing equipment by conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary repairs. This role is essential for maintaining production efficiency and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems to address operational issues as they arise.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential faults and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
