Job summary

Eco Material Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair plant machinery and systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

The role requires electrical/mechanical knowledge, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with team members. On-site position with opportunities to contribute to reliability improvements within a leading cementitious

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/associate degree a plus.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a related field.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain safety standards.
• Ability to diagnose issues using diagnostic tools, observe symptoms, and test components.
• Skilled with a wide range of hand and power tools and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery, equipment, and systems for proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems.
• Repair or replace parts as needed.
• Work with electrical and mechanical systems within the facility.
• Respond to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and close work orders.
• Communicate with colleagues and departments to coordinate work.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and ensure safety compliance.
