Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, and more. The role emphasizes safe practices and efficient problem solving.

The ideal candidate has basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction exposure, plus electrical experience, with a high school diploma. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent training.
• Two years electrical experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance
• Perform general cleaning and maintains clean work area
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments
• Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
• Respond positively to requests in a timely manner
• Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Soldering and welding a plus
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules
