Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic at our Springville, Utah facility to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a range of CNC machines, test equipment, and related systems. The role emphasizes electrical repair aptitude, including servo drives and electrical switches.

The ideal candidate has HS diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with hands-on manufacturing background, ability to read blueprints, and experience with PLCs and 3-phase power.

Qualifications

• Technical training in electrical maintenance is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment and CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, operate, install, and program panel views and HMI devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair valve testing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures on ovens, blowers, and fans.
• Verify alignment and tolerances of moving parts.
• Layout, measure, bend and install electrical conduit.
• Troubleshoot and program AC/DC drives and motors.
• Troubleshoot relay logic circuits and gas train circuitry.
• Install transformers and pipe as needed.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and injection molding equipment.
• Use precision measuring tools, voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes.
• Apply machining controls knowledge and programming skills.
