Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot and service production equipment at our Ogden, Utah facility.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to support manufacturing goals while following safety procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC skills, and is able to read technical manuals and documents in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Maintenance Technician Certification preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust machinery.
• Read manuals/work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
