Job summary

Davis Tool, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to service and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machinery, lasers, punches, and related equipment across two locations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mechanical repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical repair and machine maintenance experience.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics and instructions.
• Understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of machinery and building facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, software, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Work from drawings, wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Schedule and interface with third-party machine maintenance.
• Assemble and install mechanical equipment and systems.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.
