Job summary

Responsibilities include installing, adjusting and repairing blow mold and related equipment; performing mold changes; inspecting hoses, valves and pumps; conducting preventive maintenance; and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
• Communicate with other departments regularly.
• Duties may vary by plant.
