LVD Strippit, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician A to support maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery, equipment, and facility systems within our manufacturing environment.

In this hands-on role, you will maximize equipment reliability, support production efficiency, and maintain a safe and well-functioning facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read blueprints, and work with tools to

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship in related field preferred.
Experience maintaining industrial equipment and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and relocation of industrial machinery and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, starters, and lighting while following safety standards.
Interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions to plan maintenance.
Diagnose failures, replace components, and restore equipment to operation.
Assist with machine installation, alignment, and commissioning.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and keep work areas compliant with safety rules.
Support continuous improvement and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
