Job summary

Aerotek seeks a Maintenance Technician for a night-shift role in Golden, CO. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems in a high-volume plant environment.

Expect welding and machining for light fabrication as needed, with safety-first practices and a collaborative maintenance team. Required are 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, proficiency with 3-phase 480V systems, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

5+ years as an industrial maintenance technician in manufacturing.
Experience repairing roller conveyors, gear boxes, motors.
Proficient with pneumatic and hydraulic systems diagnostics and repair.
Electrical maintenance on 3-phase, 480V systems.
Familiar with reading mechanical/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems on plant equipment.
Adjust, replace, and install components to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Carry out mechanical repairs on gear boxes, motors, conveyors, and related equipment.
Perform electrical maintenance on 3-phase, 480V systems following safety standards.
Weld and machine for light fabrication and repair as needed.
Read prints and schematics to identify issues and determine repair methods.
Troubleshoot conveyor systems to ensure reliable material handling.
Document maintenance activities and communicate status and improvements.
