Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Minneapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. This role supports a 3-shift production schedule, requires 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and values teamwork, safety, and proactive preventive maintenance.

Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the US; experience in corrugated packaging or printing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
• The production schedule is 3 shifts; willingness to work on different shifts.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace plant equipment components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• Work as part of a multi-craft team; training is provided to develop skills.
