Provide maintenance support and repairs to production machinery, computer systems, and facilities for a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Position Details

Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician 3

Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 DOE

Candidates must have experience performing electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed automated industrial machinery.

Primary functions include providing production support, troubleshooting technical problems, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize throughput and efficiency. Additionally, duties of Maintenance Technician 2 may be required.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Production Support (15%): Respond promptly to maintenance requests, train production technicians, and assist in maximizing production output.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs (35%): Diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware/software issues; make timely repairs; utilize manuals for maintenance tasks.
• Preventative Maintenance (35%): Inspect machinery daily, document issues, perform scheduled PM activities, and record all activities properly.
• Administrative (10%): Manage inventory, record maintenance activities, and train new technicians.
• Housekeeping/Other (5%): Maintain a clean work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Knowledge: High school diploma required; Associates Degree or technical certification preferred. Must communicate effectively in English. Powered Industrial Truck Certification is a plus.

Experience / Skills / Abilities: 3-5 years related electro-mechanical experience; strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schematics; computer literacy; good time management; problem-solving skills; ability to work independently on night and weekend shifts; willingness to attend training.
